L’AAAPIB
L’AAAPIB, Associació d’Actors i Actrius Professionals de les Illes Balears, was founded in 1998 and is a non-profit, democratic and autonomous trade union association that aims to group, advise and defend the actresses, actors and professional stage directors of the Balearic Islands.
It is an assembly association that takes its decisions through the General Assembly, in which all members have the right to speak and vote..

TRADE UNION
It was born out of the need for workers in the sector to achieve adequate working conditions that allow them to carry out their artistic activity normall.
L’AAAPIB works to defend the rights of its members as workers and to ensure compliance with collective agreements and workers’ statutes. It also works to ensure that members have all the information they need to be able to negotiate their working conditions. For this reason, we are part of ConARTE, the Confederation of Performing Artists.
TRAINING
L’AAAPIB
offers continuous and complementary artistic training to its members. Faced with the problem of insularity, it undertakes to organise courses of interest for all professionals in the sector, especially for our members, thanks to the collaboration of the Foundation.
INFORMATIVE
From the office of the association we work to ensure that all job offers and courses organised by other entities reach all members, as long as the jobs offered guarantee the legal working conditions of hiring and salary.
